Wildlife photo tours to the Danube Delta and Dobrogea, the places with the highest biodiversity in Europe. The photo tours are led by the professional photographers from our team.

We provide you:
Specialized guides with very good knowledge about Danube Delta, they all work before with wildlife photographers and they really understand your demands. Our guides knows very well the animals and birds of Danube Delta, they are born here and love nature. Guiding is in English language.
For the Danube Delta:
Specialized boats for photography, stable and secure, special designed for this activity, with waterproof spaces for transporting your equipment. For this activity we use larger boats than usual in order to ensure you a high grade of security for you and your equipment. The high of the boat is 40cm above the water, you’ll see the pelicans “eyes to eyes level”. We can do these tours for up to 4 persons (photographers), on a boat.
We have places for White and Dalmatian Pelicans (roosting places), Grebes, Herons, White Tailed Eagles (also feeding places, for winter), Kingfisher, small birds, Racoon Dog.
We have tents for 1-2 persons and we use it as individual small hides.
For Dobrogea:
We know Dobrogea very well, we know where and when you can take photos of birds and animals, from small camouflage tents. We transport you by car, up to 6 persons and we set your tents on the best places. We do this all over the year, on every season.
In Dobrogea we have very good places for Bee Eaters, Rollers, Sousliks.

The price is per person (accommodation in a double room), per tour, it is expressed in euro (EUR) and inclusive VAT.

Booking
- Bookings are based on 30% deposit.
Cancellation Policy
- More then 90 days before the program you can postpone the trip (you will receive a voucher available 2 years).
- Less then 90 days before the trip, the deposit is not refundable.
Price includes:
- Professional guide, photographer (English language)
- Accommodation in a 3* hotel/guesthouse, in double rooms for the number of nights selected
- Meals (starting with dinner on the first day, ending with breakfast on the last day, you have all meals included)
- Transfers on water from Tulcea to Mila 23 and return
- Day trips as you choose, both on Dobrudja (dryland) or on Danube Delta (wetland).
- Use of the camouflage (mobile hides and boat)
- Fees for visiting the Danube Delta
- For 1 and 3 persons, a single supplement is included.

Airport transfer:
We can do the transfers from Bucharest or Constanta to Tulcea and back.

Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Mila 23 on a Photographic Route & Sunset Session
Arrival in Tulcea, the gateway to the Danube Delta.
16:00 – Private transfer by boat to Mila 23, following a scenic and photographic route through narrow channels, reedbeds and lakes.
Photo targets: Great White Pelicans, Pygmy Cormorants, Egrets, Herons and Kingfishers.
Check-in at a cozy guesthouse in Mila 23.
Evening session: Sunset photography at a picturesque lake with reflections and bird silhouettes.
Days 2 and 3: Danube Delta Morning & Evening Photo Sessions
Early morning boat trip to prime bird photography locations, focusing on birds in perfect golden light.
Midday break.
Evening session on a different route for varied backgrounds and bird behavior shots.
- Photo targets: Squacco Heron, Glossy Ibis, Whiskered Tern, Dalmatian and White Pelicans, White-tailed Eagle, Ferruginous Duck, Little Bittern, Marsh Harriers, various species of Grebes etc.
Possibility to encounter Racoon Dogs, Golden Jackals or European Otters.
Day 4: Morning Delta Photo Session & Transfer to Tulcea via Scenic Route
Sunrise boat trip, focusing on different angles and compositions in the Delta.
Photo targets: Eurasian Spoonbill, Penduline Tit, Bearded Reedling.
Return for breakfast and check-out.
Transfer to Tulcea via scenic waterway, offering opportunities for landscape and bird-in-flight shots.
Check-in at a hotel in Tulcea.
Evening Dobrogea session at European Bee-eaters and European Rollers, European Souslik, Long-legged Buzzard and Isabelline Wheatear.
Day 5: Dobrogea Photography Sessions
Morning session: Bee-eaters and European Rollers from mobile hides, in perfect light.
Midday break.
Evening session: Visiting the claywalls and rolling hills for landscape and wildlife shots.
Photo targets: Little Owl, European Roller, Bee-eater and Golden Jackal.
Day 6: End of program
After breakfast, end of the program.
