There are places in the world where wildlife photography becomes something more than just… photography.
Dalmatian Pelican at Lake Kerkini is one of those places.
This is not about chasing birds. This is about being accepted into their world.
Kerkini is widely considered the best place on Earth to photograph Dalmatian Pelicans and once you’re there, it’s obvious why.
Here, pelicans don’t just fly past you. They come close. Very close.
Gliding through morning mist. Landing in golden light. Interacting naturally, right in front of your lens.
But here’s the difference:
We don’t just take you there. We guide you into understanding what you’re seeing and how to capture it with intention.
We’ve built this tour based on real experience, not theory.
We work with the most experienced local operator in Kerkini, the one who start this activity and have the deepest knowledge about this activity.
Stable, low-profile boats designed specifically for photographers. No awkward angles. No fighting for space. Just clean shooting opportunities.
From water… or from shore, when conditions allow. We follow light, behavior, and water levels, not a fixed script.
This isn’t just about spotting birds.
We help you:
This is a 5 days / 4 nights experience with a strong focus on shooting time. 3 days of photo tours, with 6 sessions
Between sessions? Rest, review, adjust and get ready for the next round.
This is where Kerkini becomes unreal.
